SealXpert Rust Converter is a concentrated acidic cleaner. It contains phosphoric acid and non-ionic surfactants. It is formulated to effectively convert rust into an inert protective black polymeric coating that adheres firmly on metal surfaces, preventing further corrosion.

Applications Used on rusted galvanized roofs or surfaces, ornamental ironwork, fencing, structural steel, automotive panels, rusted nuts and bolts and hand tools. 

How To Use 

1. Remove all loose rust with a wire brush, Scrap off to a thin layer before application if the rust is too thick. 
2. Ensure that surface is cleaned and oil-free before application 
3. Shake bottle well before use 
4. Using a brush or a roller, apply a generous layer onto the rusty surface 
5. Leave it for at least 8 hours to cure thoroughly. To accelerate curing process, apply & leave it under the sun 
6. For maximum protection, apply at least 2 layers of coat 
7. After dry, you can start to reprint the surface if require. 
8. For much enhanced protection, apply SP30 Zinc Cold Galvanizing Spray
