Description
Thermo Scientific Pierce IgG Binding and Elution Buffers ensure high-yield, nondenaturing antibody purification with IgG affinity purification supports, such as Protein A and Protein G agarose beads. The Pierce IgG Elution Buffer provides efficient dissociation and elution of antibodies from all three IgG-binding proteins, including Protein L. This low-pH elution buffer is also effective for most antibody-antigen or protein-protein affinity purification systems.Shared features of all Thermo Scientific Pierce IgG Binding and Elution Buffers:
• Ready to use—carefully formulated and prefiltered 1X solutions

• IgG Elution Buffer: pH 2.8; amine-based

• Gentle Ag/Ab Elution Buffer: pH 6.6; high salt (ionic strength)
